I have a solution for you to add some suspension help on the rear end of your 2019 Ford Ranger, but Roadmaster does not make a rear anti-sway bar for that particular vehicle. You will need to use a universal towing mirror like the Dual-View Clip-On Towing Mirror # 11953. We are not going to have a tonneau cover that is custom fit to work with a roll bar on your 1990 Ford Ranger. Typically these types of covers will only come from the vehicle manufacturer with their specific roll bars. You may be able to modify a cover like the TruXedo TruXport # TX250601 but that will depend on how the roll bar is installed.
