We don't have one that says anything that is compatible with a crank adjuster, but we do have the tube adapters you mentioned. If you have a round tube, I recommend the Gooseneck to Fifth Wheel Trailer Adapter # BD0289640300 which has a 4 inch outer diameter or for the square tube the Gooseneck to Fifth Wheel Trailer Adapter - Square, # KPG5-Q25-IP. This is 4 inches square outside measurement.

Yes, we have a couple different solutions that could solve your problem. Since you have a fifth wheel with rails already in your bed, I would suggest using a Gooseneck plate built for fifth wheel rails like Curt part # 16055. If you will be towing other fifth wheel trailers and need to keep your fifth wheel on the truck at all times and do not want to pull the fifth wheel on and off, we do have adapter tubes.
If you have a round gooseneck coupler with a 4 inch outer diameter, you could... view full answer...
The Curt X5 Fifth Wheel Adapter you mentioned, part # 16310 isn't designed to attach directly to a gooseneck ball. The square shank of the adapter is meant to fit into the square hole where the ball would install into a B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch. I've linked the instructions for you.
If you currently have a B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch, the # 16310 adapter would work great for you. You'd release and remove the gooseneck ball and insert the shank of the adapter in its place,... view full answer...
I wouldn't say that gooseneck to fifth wheel hitch adapters like the # CAB-C5G necessarily have a worse ride quality than if a fifth wheel hitch was used but there are advantages to just using a fifth wheel hitch when available like your scenario where we have a fifth wheel hitch that fits directly to your B and W rail kit.
The adapters typically void the warranty of the trailer frame as they put additional stress on the pin box and if the truck was a short bed there wouldn't be a way... view full answer...
If your truck has a fifth wheel hitch that uses industry standard rails (like those sold by Reese, Curt, Valley and Husky), the easiest way to tow the trailer would be to use a gooseneck ball that attaches to your bed mounted rails like the Curt # 16055.
Big Tex tells me they used a Bulldog 4 inch square tube coupler on your trailer, so if your fifth wheel doesn't use industry standard rails, you'd need to remove the existing coupler and install the # BD0289650300 Bulldog Gooseneck to... view full answer...
Yes, the Curt X5 adapter part # 16310 is a confirmed fit for the B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch part # BWGNRK1067.

I have a solution that could work well for you, but there isn't an adapter exactly like the # 16310 that would fit a Draw Tite turn over Hide-a-Goose.
Instead I would recommend the Hi-Rise Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # 9480. This will fit in your gooseneck hitch easily and will provide you with a fifth wheel hitch. I attached an install video for you to check out as well. view full answer...
The Reese GooseBox adapters are the best fifth wheel trailer to gooseneck coupler adapters out there which also have air ride built into them. For that we have the part # RP85FR which fits the Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD as well as the Fabex PB-600 Series.
You'd have to check the pin box plate on your trailer currently to determine which pin box you have now to pick out the Goosebox. view full answer...
For a gooseneck coupler solution that can replace the Fabex 520 pin box of your fifth wheel we have the Shocker Adapter part # SHK55MR which would wok great. This is also a cushioned adapter solution so your ride quality will improve as well. view full answer...
Trail Air doesn't make such a product, but Reese manufactures an adapter that would let you tow a fifth wheel trailer using a gooseneck hitch. The Reese Goosebox would actually replace the existing pin box on the fifth wheel trailer, and features an air ride cushion for a comfortable ride.
To determine if there's a compatible Goosebox model, you'll need to know the manufacturer and model number of the OEM pin box. This information should be printed on a sticker or plate located somewhere... view full answer...

All of the gooseneck balls for your factory hitch have a round shank. There is no adapter product to convert that round gooseneck ball receptacle to a square one that can accept the B&W Companion 5th wheel # BWRVK3500 or the flatbed version # BWRVK3050.
If you truck did NOT have the factory rail kit you could install the B&W Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # BWGNRK1111-5W which would then allow you to use the Companion 5th wheel hitch. view full answer...
It sounds like you have the B&W Gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1111 installed in your 2012 Ford truck and need an adapter to allow 5th wheel towing. We do have a couple adapters that will take your gooseneck trailer to a fifth wheel king pin. One is part # KPG5-R25-IP. The tube is 4 inches outer diameter round so if you have an adjustable gooseneck, this part will slip right in. If you have a square tube gooseneck, you could use part # KPG5-Q25-IP. This tube is 4 inches square.

The best option I have that would work for you would be to remove the existing square outer tube from your gooseneck trailer and replace it with part # BD0289590300 which includes the outer tube that would weld onto your gooseneck and the compatible inner tube that would act as the adapter.
When you tow a gooseneck trailer, you'd swap out the adapter and install a gooseneck coupler like part # BD1289210300.
