The Kuat Sherpa 2.0 # SH22G is a great bike rack. I have been using a Kuat NV for the last few years and I love it. Unfortunately, Kuat does not make a ramp for the Sherpa 2.0. The Sherpa can only hold two bikes weighing up to 40 lbs apiece. So this would not work for heavier e-bikes.

As of right now (December 2021) the 2022 Acura RDX only has Class III hitches with a 2" receiver available. That does not mean there won't be a hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver, but for now none are confirmed to fit. I do have a solution for you, but there are no bike rack options that will hold up two 105 lb Mopeds. It is just too much weight.

Any local mechanic to you with a solid reputation would have no problem installing the Draw Tite hitch part # 76238 that you referenced for your 2019 Acura RDX.
