With any towing setup your overall towing capacity is only as strong as your weakest component. Any local mechanic to you with a solid reputation would have no problem installing the Draw Tite hitch part # 76238 that you referenced for your 2019 Acura RDX. As of right now (December 2021) the 2022 Acura RDX only has Class III hitches with a 2" receiver available. That does not mean there won't be a hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver, but for now none are confirmed to fit. There are, however, some steps you could take to minimize any play with a 2" receiver, which would also mean you get the advantages of a Class III hitch.
