Hey Time, according to Curt the recommended grease for your Curt Q25 fifth wheel hitch is a high-pressure wheel bearing grease.
For this I recommend the LubriMatic Wheel Bearing Grease # L11465. view full answer...
Hey Gloyd, for the OEM pucks of your 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 I would recommend the B and W Companion fifth wheel hitch part # BWRVK3710. The Companion hitches are widely considered to be the best hitches around due to how well they are made, how easy they are to use, and how reliable they are. Plus they are made in the USA. view full answer...
I have a great underbed style fifth wheel hitch solution for your 2022 Ford F-250 Amanda but we don't have a way to install OEM style pucks in the bed of your truck. Instead I would recommend going with the B and W Companion hitch setup with the part # BWRVK3400 for the slider hitch and then part # BWGNRK1116 for the rail kit.
This gives you an underbed rail setup that that doubles as a gooseneck hitch which when not in use would give you a totally clean bed similar to the OEM pucks.... view full answer...
Looks like you are on the right track here Willem, because the Sidewinder Wedge Kit # RP44FR will indeed be the correct wedge for the Reese Revolution Sidewinder and the Reese M5 fifth wheel hitch. view full answer...
B&W recommends a 10" lube plate with their Companion Hitches like item # BWRVK3775. So you will want the Curt 10" Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Lube Plate item # 16721. view full answer...
Hey Camilo, I can definitely point you in the right direction of an upgraded pin box for your 2024 Open Range Roamer 364BHS Fifth Wheel. The first thing we will need to know if the size or pin box number of the current pin box. This is not something that RV manufacturers list online, so the best way to determine this is by taking a look at the sticker on your pin box. Some pin boxes will show a part number or size number we can use. You can always email me a picture of the sticker and I... view full answer...
Hello Alan, that # BWRVK3670 slider hitch certainly is heavy so I know exactly where you are coming from. The Viking Solutions Rack Jack II Hoist # 310-VRJ001 will certainly make removing and reinstalling the hitch by yourself much easier.
Firstly, I suggest removing the hitch from the bed in two sections. You can easily remove the head from the base. The head itself weighs about 70 lbs. This will leave you with just the 230 lb base to hoist out of the bed.
We have had several of our... view full answer...
Hello Rhys, I can definitely help with this. First, I will start by saying that trucks with the Rambox really are not ideal for towing a 5th wheel camper. It can be done, however I cannot recommend using the Turnoverball, offset ball and goosebox combination that you mentioned. The issue with Ram Box is that it limits the ability of the pin box to rotate in the truck bed. This will drastically decrease your turning clearance and the goosebox would not clear the Ram box on turns.

Yes, I think it would not only be smart but safer for you to upgrade your 5th wheel hitch. It is recommend to have a 5th wheel hitch that is a minimum of 20% over your trailer's gross weight. 20% of 19,000 lbs is 3,800 lbs so you will want a hitch with at least a 22,800 lbs capacity.
The closest hitch to 22,800 lbs that mounts on 5th wheel rails is the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # C16245. The Q24 will provide you with a 24,000 lbs towing capacity and a 6,000 lbs vertical load... view full answer...
Hi Joe,
The Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16566 and R24 roller base have multiple grease points, which I've attached diagrams of below. It's recommended to use a white lithium grease # L11354 every 1000 miles to keep everything running smoothly without attracting dirt and debris that could cause a bind up. If you'd prefer to have a clean hitch head you can skip greasing the skid plate and stick a lube plate # 16721 on the king pin of your pin box. view full answer...
Hello Cody, I can definitely help with this. The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch is what will work with your existing B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch. If your truck has a 6-1/2' bed, I do suggest using a slider hitch to gain clearance on turns. For that I recommend the B&W # BWRVK3400-5W which is rated for 20,000 lbs.
For long bed trucks the slider is not needed, and you can use the fixed hitch # BWRVK3500-5W which is also 20K rated. Both of these hitches are designed to work with the... view full answer...
Hey Dave, for what you have he best solution would be the Correct Track lift kit part # RR23QX can give your trailer a lift of up to 2-1/4 inches. We don't have any options that would provide more lift than that though. view full answer...
Hello Brad, we do have rear air bag options for your 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 4x4. I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2250. These are 5,000 lb rated air bags. I like the Firestone bags better than other brands because the bags themselves are more durable. This kit will also be compatible with any in bed fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch.
You also have the option of adding an onboard compressor like the Firestone Air Command Standard Duty Air Compressor # F2610.

Hey Jay. It sounds like you are on the right track here because a sidewinder pin box will be your only option for pulling your 5th wheel since you have a short bed truck with the Rambox.
That said, you are right that the Reese Sidewinder cannot be used with the Curt A20 5th wheel hitches. So, you would either need to use a different hitch like a B&W # BWRVK3255 or find a different compatible sidewinder. Using a B&W hitch is what I recommend since the Reese sidewinder is the only aftermarket... view full answer...
Hey Gene, I think either way is fine unless you have a blown seal currently and there is a hub without any grease.
As long as the hubs are in decent shape now as far as grease is concerned I would just wait till you pull the trailer out and pack them then. view full answer...
Walter, I'm not seeing any options for a 2014 Toyota Tundra that has a built in camera to the tailgate. So, with that being said, your best bet would be to add a camera to your 5th wheel.
If you're looking for any recommendations, I recommend checking out the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System # RVS-770613-NM.
This kit includes a 7" digital monitor, a CCD backup camera with a 130 degree viewing angle, and includes all the wiring, connectors, and mounts needed for install. view full answer...

Yes, we do! For your 2013 Open Range 297RLS 5th wheel trailer you'll want the Adco Olefin HD RV Cover for 5th Wheel Toy Haulers up to 34' Long item # AD49ZR. The Olefin HD fabric works best for repelling water, and protecting against mold or mildew as the fabric is able to still breath. This cover is designed to work well for long term storage.
The Adco item # AD49ZR also has zippered panels so you can access the inside of your trailer without having to remove the cover while it's in... view full answer...
Hey Mike thanks for your question. The short answer is yes, a higher rated tire like an F or G is going to be more durable or bulletproof than an E rated tire.
The Load range G tires for example the Provider ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire # TTWPRG235R16 has a 14 ply rating and is rated for 4,400 lbs at 110 psi. This means it has more layers of belt/cord than a 10 ply E rated tire, so they are able to bear more weight and hold more pressure.
Assuming your fifth wheel is a tandem axle,... view full answer...
Hello Joseph. Since you will be towing a 5th wheel, and hauling a truck bed camper, I highly recommend going with an extreme duty air bag kit with a dual path compressor system.
For the Air Bag Kit, I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2709. This is the 7,500 lb capacity kit which is ideal for heavier, more constant loads like a truck bed camper. They can be adjusted from 5 to 150 PSI, so you will be able to fine-tune your suspension to suit... view full answer...
