It is definitely feasible to carry a mobility scooter on a front hitch. The Curt item # C31074 that is custom fit for your 2022 Chevy Colorado has a 500 lbs vertical load limit. Kenneth from what I researched yes that trailer is going to be too heavy for your 1500. It looks like your Dodge has a 3,500 to 5,200 lb towing capacity so with that trailer being already at the end empty means you're going to be over the limit.

So what you'll have to do is use the Chain Hangers # C17005 and bolt them onto your trailer frame. I will also say it's very important you contact the trailer manufacturer to see if the trailer is rated for use with weight distribution because not all aluminum trailers are.

For a hitch for your 1993 Jeep Wrangler I would recommend the etrailer hitch # e98859 as it has great towing capacities and an easy install. With that said Adam there just isn't going to be a way to use a carrier for the motorcycle as your Jeep can't handle that amount of weight. The best solution would be to tow a small trailer with the hitch I mentioned.
