I always recommend checking the functions of your wires instead of just going off of an instruction manual's color guide or video to ensure you are splicing the correct wires together during installation of a diode kit like your Tow Ready Tail Light Isolating Diode System with 4-Pole Connector # TR118821. You can do this by checking the wires with a circuit tester like # PTW2992 to see which wire goes hot when each specific function (brake/left turn/right turn) is active.

Hey Dan, I checked with Thule and the roof rack gutter foot kit part # TH65BJ is a fit for your 2023 Jeep Gladiator with a hard top and removable roof panels. view full answer...
Hey good morning, David. We do have a solution for you. What you can do is replace the clevis end of your # e34ZR tow bar with part # DM9523041. This will allow your etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar to work with the Blue Ox brand base plates. You can then use the Blue Ox brand D-ring adapters to connect to the bumper of your Gladiator. The Blue Ox adapters are available in the following sizes:
7/8" D-Rings # BX88357
1" D-Rings # BX88358 view full answer...
Hey Dave,
The Curt Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # C96JR would not be intertwined or interfere with the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This wire harness is simply plugging into the motorhome and Gladiator tail lights to copy the light signals from the motorhome over to the Gladiator. If you active the brakes in the motorhome the light will transfer over to the Gladiator and the Patriot would sense the decrease in inertia and activate. You shouldn't have an issues using these... view full answer...
While drilling is not required to install the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519336 it will require you to cut out parts of your fascia and you may need to enlarge a hole on either side frame to insert the nut strips that are used to bolt the base plate to the frame. I have linked an installation video below for an installation that we performed on a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. You can see how the installer used a set of pliers to hold the strips in place to attach the bolt through the frame.... view full answer...
Hi Andy,
Blue Ox states that their tow bars have a life expectancy of 8-10 years and recommend servicing them every 2 years. If you reach out to Blue Ox they will service your Aventa LX tow bar or let you know if the tow bar is in need of replacement. If the tow bar is in need of replacement then you'll want to first see what brand/style baseplate is on/going to be on your towed vehicle and then choose a compatible tow bar so that you don't have to purchase an additional adapter to go... view full answer...
Hey Craig, thanks for reaching out!
The Yakima SmarT-Slot Mounting Kit # Y25AV is only compatible with the newer Yakima roof cargo boxes so you unfortunately won't be able to utilize it with the older RocketBox design.
If you're needing to replace the mounting clamp for your older RocketBox then the SkyBox Replacement Mounting Clamp # Y62XR will actually work, according to Yakima.
Other than that we're looking at getting you a whole new box. If this is the case just let me know what... view full answer...
The 88" Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards # AA3025183 are going to be the longest Aries has. You will need the Custom Mounting Kit # AA87FR to attach them to your 2021 Jeep Gladiator. view full answer...
Yeah, there are no TorkLift SuperHitches available for a 2023 Jeep Gladiator or any Jeep. Those are the heaviest duty bumper pull hitches and are reserved for large trucks with the highest towing capacities.
You'll want to look into a weight distribution system with an extended shank if your Gladiator's hitch is rated for one. If you have a hitch that mounts underneath your frame like the Curt item # C74DR you can use a weight distribution system.
For a 550 lbs tongue weight, I recommend... view full answer...
Hey Al, so we do this fun thing where we change the manufacturer part numbers and it can create confusion. But bottom line is our part number # T76FR is the same as Timbrens JRGD which does fit your 2020 Jeep Gladiator so this is correct fit.
Since your Gladiator is lifted you would need spacers to take up the extra space created but I would need to know how big of a lift you have. view full answer...
Hey Scott,
The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles # 8-91-05UC1 uses bearing # L44649 for both the inner and outer bearing so you would be able to easily swap it out with the etrailer Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2K Axles # AKIHUB-545-2-2K. This hub comes with the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, and lug nuts all included and is already pre-greased so all you'll need to do is grease # TMK79ZR the spindle and slide the hub into place. view full answer...
Hey Dave,
In my opinion the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98948 is going to be the stronger option compared to the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU53FR. Blue Ox started adding safety cables to their baseplate kits as a last resort backup in the event that the baseplate breaks off from the frame. Our etrailer line of baseplates are all made by Demco, which is a well-known name in the RV and towing industry and do not require additional safety cables during the installation. With the... view full answer...
The BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK88ZR doesn't come with rails that have T-slots so I'm not entirely sure what you have on your 2023 Gladiator. The cover is compatible with the TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System # TH25FR. If these are the rails you have on your Jeep then you can use the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack # Y01151-5855. view full answer...
Hey Darrel, the best solution for you would be the Kwikee Electric RV Step 28 Series part # LC3747453 which has the drop you are wanting plus is similar enough dimensionally to what you have now that it would replace what you have pretty easily. view full answer...
That one does not but I do have a Blue Ox one that will fit your 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. It is the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BLU53FR. This one fits both the Rubicon with factory plastic bumper and the models with the factory steel bumper. view full answer...
Hi Aaron,
The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521453-5 you were wanting to install is going to mount in the same space as the winch mount so you'd have to either modify how the winch attaches to the frame in order to mount both. The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM77VR mounts to the outside of the frame and shouldn't interfere with how the winch plate mounts, but the crosstube could pose an issue since it sits below the the frame rails where the winch plate would.... view full answer...
Thanks for reaching out, Michael!
The Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes # K23-086-087-00 are compatible with 3,500 lb axles and have the standard 4-bolt pattern so if that matches the specs of your axle then this will definitely work for your application.
These measure 10" x 2-1/4" and fit with standard 3,500 lb hub/drum assemblies as well. You can verify the inner diameter and depth of your hub/drum to determine fitment as well. view full answer...

Hey Steve, unfortunately the only tonneau cover we have that works with the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Fixed Mount # TH27000XT is the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK97FR. It sounds like you are looking for the replacement breakaway power cord for the Blue Ox Patriot which we offer with the part # BLU99UR. Or if you wanted the entire breakaway setup you'd want the part # BRK2505.
