Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. And today we're taking a look at the Ford Raptor hitch cover. So this is going to not only show off your vehicle or some more gear for your Raptor, but it's also going to protect your hitch from any kind of buildup from rust and debris from getting kicked up in there and then making it harder to get in another accessory, into your hitch, things like a bike rack, ball mount or cargo carrier, all that good stuff. Whenever your hitch gets kind of caked up with stuff can be kind of hard to get that in place, but having a placeholder keeps that buildup to a minimum. So it makes it a lot easier to get things in and out.

And this is going to have a stainless steel construction. So it shouldn't cause any rest on its own. It's good and pretty lightweight, durable, as I mentioned, stainless steel.So rust-proof, so it should stay looking nice and shiny for a long time. Has this laser etched logo for our Ford Raptor. Has that kind of cracked crumbly look.

So it looks kind of cool, tough, and then we'll have a matte black finish around the outside of that logo as well. I'm a fan of everything, matte black. So I definitely think it looks nice.It is going to work in your two inch by two inch receiver tubes. So the shank here at the back two inch by two inch. It does not come with a hitch pin and clips.

So you will have to get that on your own, but you just want to find one that has a five eighth inch diameter pin. Pretty common. We've got a lot of options here at etrailer.com. The clearance or the distance from this front plate to each of those hitch pin holes will be one and five eights, two and an eighth, and then two and five eighths. The plate measures five and a quarter inch, five and a quarter inch by three inches.
