Unless your state requires a 9AH battery you actually only need a 5AH battery for a HydraStar EOH actuator. For example, the HydraStar # HBA16 which is rated for disc brakes is compatible with a 5AH breakaway battery kit.
Since you need a breakaway battery kit that is compatible with up to a triple axle trailer I recommend the Tekonsha # 50-85-313 because it has a built-in charger, is a top load so it's easy to read, comes with a test button, and is DOT compliant. Part # 23-106 is a 12 inch manual adjusting brake that fits your drums. Even though it's listed for 6,000 pound axles it's still what you need on your 5,200 pound axles. It's the right hand side, like you mentioned and part # 23-105 is the left, or you can get the kit of them together with part # 23-105-106. Since you need three (whch I admit is a little strange since you should replae them in pairs) you could get the kit for tow of them and then an extra left hand assembly.

We offer 2 different Rack 'Em grass catchers for Exmark mowers. The catcher you need will depend on if the discharge chute is 4 or 5 inches tall.
If it's 4 inches, you'd need # RCMMS4-EXS1 or if it's 5 inches, use # RCMMS4-EXS15.

Your current 5.30-12 tires fit the same size wheel as a 125/80-12 tire so this is a fine replacement. They both fit a 4 inch wide wheel and you're actually going down in diameter by about a 1/2 inch and the width is basically the same so there won't be any issues with clearance.
A good tire to use as a replaecment is part # AM10130 which is a load range D with a max capacity of 1,220 pounds at 65 psi.
