I spoke with my contact at Curt about trailer hitch # 11765. He stated that when the hitch is installed the receiver tube, which will be the lowest point, will be about 1-3/4 inches to 2 inches below the bottom of the rear fascia. What you can do is park your 2004 Audi TT on level ground and measure up from the ground to a point that is about 2 inches below the rear fascia and that is where the bottom of the receiver will be. The Curt stabilization strap # 18050 comes in two parts. The shorter part with the loop that fits around the bike carrier mast is 18 inches long overall from the end of the buckle to the end of the closed loop.
