The difference between the EZ4 Base Plate kit part # RM-523185-4 and the EZ5 kit # RM-523185-5 is that the EZ4 uses twist-lock drawbars while the EZ5 uses drawbars held in place by pins and doesn't require the use of a crossbar.
I would go with the EZ5 if it were me since not having to use the crossbar is just one less thing to worry about.

I found the owners manual for your 2019 Chevy Chevy Spark and under the recreational towing section I found basically all you have to do is put the vehicle in neutral and disconnect the negative battery terminal since you have a manual transmission.
