How Does SMI DUO Brake System Get Power on Vehicle Where Battery Is Disconnected
Question:
Hi I want to install the stay n play duo brake system on this vehicle, how do I get power to system if I have disconnect battary on the vehicle when towing.Thanks

The DUO part # SM99251 wires directly to the vehicle battery for power so even when your vehicle is disconnected from the battery the DUO will still have power to operate. We actually had the chance to install this kit on a 2018 Spark just like yours. Check out the install video link I attached to the page to see the entire process on your vehicle.
