In order to use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 # AL57275 with a lifted truck, you will need to use spacers that match the amount of height gained in the rear after installing your lift.
For example, if your rear end raised 4" after the lift, you would need 4" spacers like the # AL52440 . You'll want to use the 2" spacers # AL52420 for 2" of lift.
