There are simple trailer wiring adapter items like # 37185 that allow you to change the physical format of the existing lighting signals in 4-pole wiring to the 7-way type of connector. Plugging in an item like this to your 4-pole connector will only change the type of connector but does NOT in itself add the additional circuits that a 7-way can have. This connector carries lighting signals, 12V maintenance power for the trailer's battery (or power for it's lights) as well as the signal to activate the trailer brakes when you slow the Sienna. There isn't a 7-Way harness that will plug into your 2015 Toyota Sienna but you can install one and a brake controller by hardwiring them in.
