Thanks for the info! It sounds like you have a Coach Step that uses the Control Module # LC301702. I'm attaching a cutout from the manual for the Coach Steps that shows what connections are what - it looks like you've done a good job at labeling pretty much everything!
Usually when you see weird stuff with power (especially a blown fuse) the first culprit to check is the ground. Check the grounds (green wires) and make sure they are securely connected to a clean, bare-metal surface. Any... view full answer...
