According to your photo, the closest lock core we have is Replacement Lock Core and Key for SportRack Explorer Cargo Box # SR03807. The pin number that you mentioned does not reference a part on my end, so without a lock code or brand it is difficult to verify fitment 100%. From the pictures you provided, you have a UFP DB-42 disc brake set up on your 2008 Trail-Rite. This isn't something we carry, but it looks like these systems use the # L68149 inner bearing and the # L44649 bearing, so you do have a common spindle for a 3,500 pound axle.

To choose the correct trailer axle for your application you will first need to measure the Hub-Face (A in picture) and Spring-Center (B in picture) measurements on your current axle(s).

It sounds like you might be trying to re-install a trailer hitch on your 2012 Honda Odyssey; I have a solution for you to get a replacement hardware kit but we don't have individual bolts available. You can get a replacement hardware kit for your hitch by using part # RHK and then putting the model number of the hitch you've got in the field where it says "Hitch Item Number". For example, if you have a Draw-Tite # 76025, you'll put that number in that field.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12031 for 1999 thru 2017 Honda Odyssey models use M12-1.25 x 35mm bolts with 1/2 inch conical toothed washer for the weldnuts in the frame. Since you lost the keys to your locks on a Yakima bike rack like the FullTilt and don't know the key number, what you will actually need to do is replace the lock cores.
So long as your rack is currently unlocked, you can simply swap out your rack's lock cores with the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 2) # Y07202.
