I bought one of these racks used but the anti-sway bars were removed. Is it possible to purchase these separately?

Yes, you can get the anti-sway cage for your Thule Passage trunk mount bike rack # TH910XT. The part you need is # 853-7758 and it fits the Stay-Put cradles on your Passage bike rack. The strap is sold separately, # 852-3006-001.
