It is possible to change out your trailer axle, hubs, wheels and tires to different/larger types but do note that replacing the axle and hubs will not necessarily increase the trailer's capacity to carry weight. Actual trailer weight capacity is a function of many factors including the axles, hubs, wheels and tires, but also the trailer's frame and decking. I have another option for you, but no we do not sell just the crossbars of your now discontinued Rhino Rack Roof Rack RR25QR but themselves.
A better solution would be to get new towers and crossbars. The fit kit you have will still work. The reason I recommend this instead is you will void the warranty of your Vortex Aerobars once you cut them to size. I would recommend going to a class 3 hitch like The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7184 over The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11396. The EcoHitch has a tongue weight up to 300 pounds when the Curt hitch has a tongue weight up to 150 pounds. I would double check your manual to find out the proper tongue weight capacity for your vehicle.
