Foam Kayak Blocks For A Thule Wingbar Roof Rack
Question:
I was wondering if the Malone Foam Kayak Block for Truck Racks - 14 Long, Item # MPG159 would be the best foam block for a Thule Wingbar Eco. It is a little over 3 inches wide and a little over 1.5 inches thick. If not this one, do you have one that would fit? I dont need straps, just the foam blocks. Thanks.

Expert Reply:
The Malone Foam Kayak Block # MPG159 will work with your Thule Wingbar Roof Rack. The Malone block is more durable and won't tear as easy as the other foam blocks.
The weight capacity of the foam block is 55 pounds. It can carry 1 kayak. Two blocks are suggested to safely transport a kayak.
