There was a big enough change to the Equinox between 2017 and 2018 that Draw Tite had to redesign a new hitch. For a 2019 you'd need the Draw Tite part # 76419 that you referenced. I did some checking and it looks like your 2019 Chevy Equinox could have a towing capacity of between 1,500 and 3,500 lbs which means your tongue weight capacity would be between 150 and 350 lbs. On a 2011 Chevy Equinox you cannot tap into the brake light switch to install a brake controller. You have to get the signal from the BCM (body control module). It is located up under the dash to the left of the brake pedal. There is a 26-pin connector. You need the wire in position 11. It should be a white wire.

On a 2014 Chevy Equinox you should NOT have to use brake light relay when flat towing the vehicle. You may however need a 12 volt outlet kit # RM-9332 and will most likely need a stop light switch kit # RM-751439 for the system to work properly and so you know the brake pedal in the Equinox is actually moving.
