There are two Hidden Hitch brand hitches available for your 2013 Chevy Equinox, both of them are confirmed to fit your vehicle.
The Hidden Hitch # 87572 (no longer available) or the Draw-Tite # 36408 would work great for your Equinox. If I were you I would go with the # 87572 since it is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch opening that will have a larger carrying capacity and have more options for hitch accessories. The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118264 that you referenced would be the correct wiring harness as long as you have the tow package. If you do not have the tow package you would want the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring # 118494. I attached installation instructions and video for you to check out also.
