The only hitch that we have for your 2010 Honda Element SC is a light-duty Class I hitch with a 1-1/4-inch receiver opening we offer the Curt # C11699 which is intended for the SC with a single exhaust. The 2" versions will not work on your SC.

There is no way to to secure any of the ramps we have to the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack # HLY84FR and Hollywood Racks does not currently offer a ramp for their racks.
