I have a solution for you if you have drum brakes, but I spoke with my contact at Titan and he did not have a recommended way to manually lock out a trailer brake actuator that has an electric reverse lockout.
The best thing you can do is get some free backing trailer brakes. These brakes allow your trailer to back up without activating the brakes, even if your trailer does not have a reverse lockout. There won't be any problems towing your 2016 Mini Clubman S on a tow dolly, even with its low ground clearance at the rear. The vehicle's rear axle and wheels are very far back, so it isn't going to tilt downwards enough to cause issues over flat pavement, though over speed bumps, if it is raised up enough, it could of course hit the ground, and unfortunately there really isn't any way to overcome that type of obstacle.

I checked with Yakima and the RocketBox Pro 14, # Y07192, is listed as a fit for the 2010 Mini Clubman with factory roof rack. To check for any interference at the rear of the box you will need to take one measurement.
With the front crossbar as far forward as it can go (if it can be moved) measure from the center of it straight back to the seam between the roof and rear hatch/door, or to an antenna. If you come up with 45 inches or more then the box will not interfere with anything.

I do have an option for you but the Yakima LiteRider Bike Rack does not use a SpeedKnob. The SpeedKnob is for newer Yakima Hitch Bike Racks and is a bit different than the locking mechanism for the Yakima LiteRider. The 4-way round connector is very rare and the 6-way round is somewhat common but more rare than 4-way flats and 7-ways so what that means is that we don't have an adapter for your configuration but I have a similar solution. We have a version of the Custer Wireless Tow Bar Light that uses a 7-way blade with the part # LIW-LDTL-7B which we do have adapters for like with the # 337TC1067P which plugs into your 6-way and converts to same connector as the tow bar. view full answer...
Trailer lights, like the Bargman Triple Tail Light # 47-84-005 that you referenced, are universal fits so it is just a matter of making sure that you have enough room on your 2016 Mini Winnie RV for them to install.
The Triple Tail Light measures 14-1/16" long x 6-15/16" wide x 1-1/4" thick. For the wiring you just need to ground the White wire to a clean, bare-metal surface, and then connect the wires for each of the lights to the appropriate circuits.

The Curt Class I hitch you referenced, their part # C11130, is a fit for the Mini Cooper S (the non-convertible version) but not for the 2011 Mini Clubman. The correct hitch for the 2011 Clubman is their hitch # C11387, which is also a Class I type. I have a solution for you to carry bikes on your 2020 Mini Clubman, but the Thule Camber Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # TH9058 requires a trailer hitch on the rear of your vehicle; I'm not aware of an aftermarket hitch that is available to fit on the 2020 Mini Clubman. For this reason, the only option to carry bikes on your Mini Clubman would be with a roof rack and roof rack mounted bike carrier.

When you're flat towing a vehicle, you want the tow bar to be within 3 inches plus or minus of level. If you're outside that range, you can use a High Low adapter to get you in range. Ideally, you'd be as close to level as possible, but as long as you're within 3 inches one way or the other, you should be fine.

Curt does require use of a stabilization strap for their Class I Hitches. Normally, you'd use a Stabilizing Strap like part # 18050 but like many hatchback vehicles, you're running into a simple problem that is easy to fix.

For a 2012 Mini Clubman the recommended hitch is the Curt # C11387 which is a confirmed custom fit. This also fits 2011 model. This hitch has a 2,000 lb towing capacity which you'd need to stay under that weight and the towing capacity for the vehicle listed in the owners manual. I have a great similar solution that I can recommend, but I checked with Inno and they do not have any cargo boxes that are confirmed as a fit for your 2012 Mini Clubman with factory crossbars.
The Thule Pulse Medium part # TH614B is a very similar box that Thule does list as a fit that would work well for you. It also has a gloss black finish with two more cubic foot of storage space at 14 feet.

I spoke with Curt about the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11524 for your 2017 Mini Clubman S and they informed me that the receiver tube sits right up underneath the bumper. The distance from the bottom of the bumper to the bottom of the receiver tube is 2". That said, I don't have any distances from the ground because this can vary by trim level and how much of a load is in the vehicle.
