Roof Rack Recommendation for 2018 Mini Clubman with Naked Roof
Question:
I have a 2018 Mini Clubman Sport Hatchback. I already own Yakima Jetstream Crossbars and two Frontloader bike racks. Since Yakima doesnt have a fit for the Mini, is it possible for me to use the Thule Evo Clamp and Fit Kit 5006 with the Jetstream Crossbars? Thanks!

Thule and Yakima roof rack parts are not interchangeable and since at this time (August 2019) Yakima does not have a roof rack solution for your 2018 Mini Clubman with a naked roof the best solution you have is a Thule roof rack that consists of part numbers # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145006. This is a really great roof rack option that you'll be happy with. It installs easily, has minimal wind noise due to the aero shape of the bars, and is widely considered to be the nicest and best roof rack option available.
Your Frontloaders # Y02103 will easily fit these bars as well.
