I do have an option for you but all of the reducer sleeves like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter part # C45770 are going to be problematic in regards to excess slop at the connection point. However, what you can do to avoid this is use an anti-rattle device. I have a great replacement bike rack option for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with all of our manufacturers that we currently do not have a trunk-mounted bike rack solution that fits on your 2019 Honda Clarity.
