I have a great replacement bike rack option for you. Unfortunately, I confirmed with all of our manufacturers that we currently do not have a trunk-mounted bike rack solution that fits on your 2019 Honda Clarity.

With that being said, a great alternative is a hitch-mounted bike rack. For that route, I recommend the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S63400. Apart from the 35 pounds of maximum per-bike weight capacity, the Titan 2 has a long shank that measures 14-1/2 inches from the center of the pinhole to the upright bar of the rack. This is beneficial because it will eliminate bumper clearance issues on your 2019 Honda Clarity. Also, the Titan 2 comes with a locking cable to protect your bikes on the rack. If you want theft-deterrence of the rack itself, I recommend the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks # S64029.

Depending on if you have women's-style bikes, children's bikes, or step-thru frames, I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 for each of those bikes. The adapter bar will give your bikes the straight, horizontal plane that is require to attach to the Titan 2.

In order to use the Titan 2 on your vehicle, you need a hitch receiver. For a great hitch option, I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7377. The EcoHitch comes with a 300-pound tongue weight capacity which is plenty to haul the Titan 2 with bikes loaded. As far as installation, the EcoHitch includes an easy bolt-on process.
