I do have a potential solution for you, but the DeeZee Rough Step Running Boards # DZ15300S will not fit a 2023 Ram 5500 regular cab. We actually do not carry any kind of full length running board for a 2023 Ram 5500. The only option for a step will be the Carr Nerf Bars # CARR107442 which is a silver hoop step.

Most axles will not come with these so you'll typically need to source them separately.
