How much does this system weigh in its entirety? I would have to subtract this weight from the overall tongue weight capacity, correct?

The B and W Continuum # BW78FR weights 110 lbs but this does not count against the tongue weight capacity of your hitch. B and W states that this essentially becomes a part of the vehicle hitch so it's additional weight does not need to get factored.
