The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12066 was only a fit for the 2nd generation of the Volvo S60 which ended in 2018. Your 2022 does have the same SPA chassis as the 2019 but the previous generation the receiver fit on is on a P3 chassis. I have a solution for you, but the Thule Sidekick Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier Box # TH78GC will not fit the roof rack on your 2012 Volvo S60, unless one of the bars can be repositioned. This cargo box will mount to crossbars that have spreads between 23-5/8 inches and 28 inches. Since your crossbar spread is 29-1/2 inches, the bars would be too far apart to mount the Sidekick.
