If your electrical distribution system is not rated for 30 amps you should not be trying to plug into a 30 amp RV power pedestal at a camp site. From the attached images you are correct, you obviously have a 20 amp plug as it is clearly labeled for that rating. It's pretty easy to pick out a new panel for a higher rated service, you just need to make sure you get the charge converter size correct. I recommend going with the same size that came with the trailer or was integrated into your old panel since this has more to do with load rather than the supply. That said, if you intend to upgrade your appliances you can go with a higher rated option.
