If your 2020 Toyota Highlander has the factory roof rack with crossbars running left to right, then you are all set to install a cargo box. If you just have the factory flush rails running front to back, then you will need to add an aftermarket crossbar setup such as Thule WingBar # TH711300 along with Fit Kit # TH22RE and Feet # TH49SC.
When choosing a cargo box, the main thing you need to look at is the crossbar spread, which is the distance from the center of one crossbar to the center... view full answer...
It sounds like you are trying to go from a 5-pin flat connector on your 2017 Toyota Highlander to a 7-way connector on your Ranger boat trailer. This type of connector is not made since the 7-way wan only designed to be used on trailer that require either a charge line or electric actuated trailer brakes. If your boat trailer does not require either of these the simplest thing would be to change the trailer to a 5-Way Flat # HM47910. Otherwise you could create an adapter using the same... view full answer...
If all you are needing to do is provide lighting functions for the camper (directionals, running lights and brake lights) and if your Highlander already has a 4-pole trailer connector, you will only need a 4-pole to 7-way Adapter, part # 37185.
If you do not already have the 4-pole connector, you will additionally need the T-1 Connector, part # 118449.
If your camper has electric brakes, you will need a brake controller. I would recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2, part # 90885. The P2... view full answer...
You sure can. You'll need the 70 inch JetStream crossbars as part # Y00427 along with the # Y53TR SkyLine towers and the # Y66VR landing pad kit to make the transition between the fixed mounts in your flush rail and the SkyLine towers. You can also add lock cores with part # Y07204.
I've linked to a demonstration video showing a JetStream roof rack being installed on a 2019 Highlander.
It is important to note that a crossbar system should never extend past the mirrors of your vehicle.... view full answer...
For a 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE we have the Curt Hitch part # C99FR, the etrailer hitch # e75ZR, the Curt Hitch # C45CR and the EcoHitch part # EH35VR as a confirmed fit. I have a solution for you, but because of the much lower tongue weights of 1-1/4" receivers, there won't be a ball mount with receiver up top like the Curt # D210 available. If you just need to reduce your 2" receiver on your 2008 Toyota Highlander to accommodate your bike rack with a 1-1/4" shank you can use the hitch reducer sleeve # HT02. This sleeve installs inside your 2" hitch to allow you to safely carry your bike rack and will work well for you. view full answer...
We have many Harley Davidson hitch covers like # HDHC14, however we don't currently have anything that has lights. I've attached links to all of your options. view full answer...

I do see the hitch that you are talking about. None of the aftermarket hitches from the manufacturers that we carry will fit the same way. However, if the main concern is to tow your trailer level, then go with a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver and then choose a ball mount with a rise on it to tow the trailer level. You use the FAQ on ball mounts I have linked to determine how to measure. I have also included a link to the ball mount main page for you.
The most popular hitch... view full answer...
There isn't a plug-and-play option available, but we do offer some options that will get your Highlander set up so you can tow your surge coupler-equipped boat trailer. As you mentioned, you need input from the reverse lamp circuit on the vehicle to release the reverse lock-out on your surge coupler. The simplest (but unfortunately the least reliable) way to handle this would be to use an adapter like part # C57187. The extra blue wire on the vehicle side would tap into the reverse lamp... view full answer...
Although the # AL60732 Air Lift air helper spring system you'd looked at isn't a fit for your vehicle, we do offer an option that would work for you.

The newest Toyota Highlander we've installed a brake controller in is a 2014 model. I attached the install video to this page to show you the processs. The 2014 and 2018 Highlanders are the same generation though so what you see in the install video would be the same as on your vehicle.

There aren't any custom slip-on towing mirrors available for the 2013 Highlander, but there are some universal options that would work for you.
The K-Source Universal Mirror, part # KS3891 uses ratcheting straps to firmly attach to the existing mirror. The mirror fits best on mirrors that are rectangular and regularly shaped, like the ones on your Highlander. The mirrors are very highly rated by our customers.
