Your owners manual for your 2023 Tesla Model X specifically states when carrying any hitch mounted vertical load within 24" of the hitch receiver the maximum load is 120lbs. They do point out this is separate from the maximum tongue weight capacity of 500lbs with their 2" receiver installed and towing a trailer. I checked with our vendors and as of 04/27 the only hitch available for the 2023 Tesla Model X is the Draw-Tite item # 76143. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Tesla with included hardware. It does not have a removable receiver so you wouldn't need to use the magnetic accessory. However, there will still need to be a hole cut in the removable panel for the 2" receiver.

Yes we can! The Stealth Hitch Receiver # 391TES317T will stick out past the bumper by 2" on a 2023 Tesla Model 3. This is going to give you plenty of room for your Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack # BA22B and there will be no concern of the rack contacting the bumper. I have attached a photo of the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver part # 391TES317 installed on a 2018 Tesla Model 3. As you can see, the hitch pin hole is pretty even with the end of the bumper. Therefore, if you are worried about clearance with folding bike racks or cargo carriers you should not have any issues.
