The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # 391TES317T for your 2023 Tesla Model 3 has a shipping weight of 67 lbs so you're looking at about 65 lbs for the kit itself.
The wiring and ball mount account for about 25 lbs though so for the main frame unit it's only going to weight in at about 40 lbs.
