There's a lot going on here so I recommend starting from square one to troubleshoot the potential issues. The first thing to do is take a look at your owner's manual to locate any trailer fuses or relays and ensure they are all there and in working order. If they are, in order to determine the specific problem you will need to purchase a circuit tester if you do not have one - the very handy Cordless Circuit Tester # PTW2979 would be my strong recommendation due to how easy it is to use... view full answer...
I was unable to find your order number in our system to determine which lights and harness you purchased from us, and you didn't mention what you bought from our site so the best I can offer is general troubleshooting, though I think it'll be a good place to start. And though you mentioned everything is wired correctly, that's possible but I'd recommend staying open to the possibility there was a small error somewhere along the line, which would hamper the whole process.

Try improving the connection of the main ground wire of the trailer wiring harness on the trailer. Make sure it is attached to a clean metal surface. Or you can run all of the trailer wires back to the main ground. This is actually the ideal solution. But you can also check the current grounds for the lights to make sure they are making a solid connection to a clean metal surface.
What you described is the classic insufficient ground scenario so finding a way to improve the grounds will... view full answer...
Sometimes the displays of the Lippert Ground Control # LC358590 go blank for some reason and need to be reset. I would start by unplugging the control panel for several seconds and then plugging it back in. We've seen just doing that alone fix most of the problems with the control panels.
If the unit will not power on and remains blank after trying to reset it, then there is likely an internal problem and it will need to be replaced. For a replacement if needed it is # LC358601. view full answer...
The first place I would check is the fuse box. The trailer turn signals and trailer running lights are all on separate circuits. The fuse box under the hood is where they are located, and they are in the front closest to the stud on the right side. They're labeled TRL R TRN and TRL L TRN. You can find the diagrams for the fuse boxes on page 6-70 of your owners manual.
If the fuses are blown, they will need to be replaced and you can recheck the functions at the connector on the back of... view full answer...
There are several things that can cause an overload error on a brake controller like Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 you referenced. Typically an overload error is caused by a short on the brake output circuit. The first thing I would do is disconnect the trailer from your tow vehicle and inspect both connectors for damaged terminals or corrosion build up. Bent or corroded terminals can cause one circuit to cross over and short another out. You'll also want to visually... view full answer...
Your black tank valve could be stuck for a couple of reasons. At the valve there could be an ice jam preventing the valve door from closing fully. There could be something else blocking the valve door. Let's say your grandson dropped some Hot Wheels into the toilet and now they are stuck at the valve.
Another possibility is that the valve door or pull cable are stuck in some way. I would suggest forcing as much lubricant as possible into the cable and around the valve door to see if you... view full answer...
I would be happy to help you get to the bottom of the issue you are having with your fireplace.
Starting with removing the glass on the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace # FF30SC15ABL you mentioned, you will need to push in and lift up on the glass at the same time to disengage the hooks, but when I reached out to Furrion my contact mentioned that there is not a reset button on the fireplace.
My contact recommended trying to plug the fire place into another outlet to verify if the issue is... view full answer...
Seeing voltage all the time on the output circuit of your controller is not normal but I can help you troubleshoot where the problem might be.
Testing the brake controller is fairly easy. Sever the blue brake output wire near the brake controller leaving enough room to reconnect it and then apply the manual slide. Using a circuit tester like the Quickee Tester, part # PTW2993, you should get output to the controller side of the wire you severed. If the manual slide activates the trailer... view full answer...
The terminal labeled "stop" is the correct one to connect the brake output circuit of your trailer wiring to. This would be the one fourth from the left. I attached a picture that shows all of the terminal labelled for you to check out as well. view full answer...
We do have an LED light bulb part # DI68VR that can be used as a replacement for a 193 bulb like you are wanting for the # 4030476. LEDs are much brighter than incandescent bulbs and last longer, but if you were wanting an incandescent we do not have that style currently. view full answer...
The issue you are having with the trailer lights on your 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 sounds like an error with the trailer integrated protection module (TIPM). This is a pretty common fault on these vehicles and is very expensive to replace therefore your best option would be to bypass the trailer integrated protection module (TIPM) using the Wiring Harness Kit part # C59496 and the 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat Adapter part # ETBC7. The Upgraded Modulite splices in behind the taillights and then draws... view full answer...
You need to first check all of your lighting connections if all of your lighting functions aren't working on one side and you used a y-harness like the Hopkins # HM48244 then you need to check the wiring directly from the 4-Way for that side of your trailer. Hook up the trailer connector to your vehicle and then use a circuit tester like part # PTW2992 to see where the signal stops on that side. It will also help to check all of your lighting grounds on that side as well.

I have listed for you the trailer light fuse locations on a 2014 Ford F-250 below. The trailer light fuses will all be located in the engine bay fuse block, not the interior fuse block.
22 - 30A - Trailer Tow Electric Brake
26 - -30A - Trailer Tow Park Lamps
70 - 10A - Trailer Tow Backup Lamp
90 - 25A - Trailer Tow Battery Charge
100- 25A - Trailer Tow Turn Signals
If all of these fuses check out then you will want to test the pins inside vehicle side trailer connector. If you don't... view full answer...
Thank you for the purchase of the towing equipment for your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Since you aren't able to get the wiring to send power for the Curt T-Connector # C55774 and you have checked the fuses it sounds you need to take your Grand Cherokee to your nearest Jeep dealer and have them activate the tow package wiring circuit. This isn't always the case but is sometimes necessary. view full answer...
There are a couple troubleshooting steps we should try out on your # C59496, but I think we can isolate the issue down to one probable cause. First, make sure you're testing the smaller red wire (which connects to your brake lights) for voltage; the larger red wire is going to be the power wire that is connected to the battery. You also need to make sure that your ground is connected firmly to a clean, paint free surface. If you can confirm that these are both the case, the converter is... view full answer...
It does take a few good and hard stops at full power (12 volts) in order to set the braking adjustment on a set of self-adjusting braking assemblies. That said, I would first make sure you are getting a full 12 volts out of your brake controller first. In order to do this you will need to turn the power settings up to max, usually with a knob or buttons on the exterior of the unit. Once you have power at the max settings have a friend apply the manual override which is usually a bar or... view full answer...
The best I can do is give you general troubleshooting if your lights are not working, but I've never heard of a trailer not being compatible with a vehicle, as that doesn't make a whole lot of sense, though admittedly I could be missing something. That said, for some general troubleshooting, the first thing to do is take a look at your owner's manual to locate any trailer fuses or relays and ensure they are all there and in working order. If they are, in order to determine the specific... view full answer...
I checked with the manufacturer and the tiny screw you're seeing is a set screw. You will use an Allen wrench/key to remove this. I'm attaching a picture with a set of installation instructions for you to refer to when you're replacing the MaxxFan Lift Motor # MA10-20270 . We don't have the new/updated instructions available, but where it refers to a nut holding the blades on to the motor shaft, this is now a set screw like you're seeing. All of the other steps will remain the same. view full answer...
Yes, the rubber cushion inside the Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box like part # LC328329 is essential to its functionality so if this is out of place or misaligned then that is certainly a cause for concern. That said, this is actually covered under warranty as it is a known issue. If you have proof of purchase then Lippert with send you an entire replacement pin box but if you do not have proof of purchase then you would need to replace the pin box on your own. If that is the case... view full answer...
