I have a solution for you but they don't make a specific kit for a 1-3/4" diameter axle like they do with the 2-3/8" item # K71-384-00.

The crosstube on the Draw-Tite # 65076 and Curt # C31078 front hitch receivers for your 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty are at different locations than the mounting brackets connected to them. To really determine where the hitch pin hole will be we need to measure where it's at in relation to a corresponding mounting bolt hole.
For your application you'll want to go with the Draw-Tite hitch which has the hitch pin hole 4-1/2" in front of the forwardmost mounting hole (see attached). I wasn't... view full answer...

The equalizers of the MORryde SRE3000 part # MR87ZR are basically the same height as a stock equalizer so it would have better ground clearance than the 4000 like part # MR97ZR. Unless you have really small wheels and tires though I can't really visualize how the 4000 would drag or only be a couple inches off the ground. view full answer...

I haven't heard of the Curt 7-way tester not working with OEM brake controllers. There was a Tekonsha tester that had problems with Dodge and GM trucks so it is possible.
We have been able to confirm that the Pollak 7-Way to RV Socket LED Circuit Tester item # PK12741 is compatible with Ram factory controllers.
The Curt 7-Way to RV Socket LED Circuit Tester item # C73NR and item # C66NR are the same testers they're just a different color.

The best hitch for your 2018 Subaru Outback is going to be the etrailer Hitch item # e42TR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Subaru with included hardware. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 400 lbs maximum tongue weight so you will have plenty of capacity for a bike rack.
I really like the etrailer hitch because of its hidden design. The crosstube will install behind the bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. This not only looks better but it also helps... view full answer...
