I may have a solution for you but we do not have the Blue Ox hitch connection extender BX84-0047. But if you are needing to extend your tow bar further out from your motorhome you can use the Blue Ox Hitch Extender for Tow Bars # BX88265 for a 6-3/4" or 8-3/4" extension. Or the Blue Ox Hitch Extender for Tow Bars # BX88264 for a 12" extension. Both of these extenders are rated for 10,000 lbs. but they will cut the tongue weight capacity of your hitch by 50%. I have some good news and some bad news. First the bad news is Blue Ox does not currently manufacturer a base plate for your 2008 Mini Cooper S hard top.
