The 2015 Mini Cooper hardtop 2-door coupe has confirmed fits for 2- and 3-bike trunk-mount bike racks that you can see on the linked page.
Keep in mind that the sheet metal on all Minis and many other smaller cars is fairly thin and with an average bike weighing up to 35-lbs, the total load on your rear hatch can be substantial. Selecting a lightweight trunk-mount rack, and transporting only 1 or 2 bikes, will minimize the chances for any damage to the vehicle's appearance.
Among the lightest racks for your Mini is the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack # Y02637 (12-1/2-lbs).
For a cable lock to secure your bikes to the rack you can use part # e98891. And if either bike has an alternate frame design without a top frame tube you can use adapter bar # UB01 to allow such bikes to be level on carrier for good ground clearance.
