The Yakima RocketBox Pro 14, part # Y07192, is a great cargo box and should definitely fit your factory crossbars as it fits factory crossbars. However, just to be sure, you will need to measure the distance for the center of one crossbar to the center of the other to find its spread.

I can help you find a bike rack to fit the Class I Curt Hitch part # C11522 on the 2018 Mini Countryman JCW. You can only carry 2 bikes at a time on a Class I hitch because they have a lower tongue weight rating. The Curt Hitch for your vehicle can handle up to 200 lbs. Since the Malone SeaWing Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG107MD has a single clamp that goes around the crossbars you just need to make sure there is enough room to fit your kayaks side by side so the middles of each boat are over your crossbars. As long as you're able to do that then you can mount the SeaWings just fine.

I have a kayak carrier solution for you. The Yakima HandRoll # Y04082 only comes with the roller portion of the setup. With this 1/2 system, are is no front supports that allow you to mount the kayak. In order to have the full setup, you need the # Y04083-04082 that include the saddles.
