I apologize for any confusion but the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7352 that you referenced does have a vertical weight limit of 500 lbs. view full answer...
If you fully load your trailer and find it has a tongue weight of 550 lbs and towing weight of 6,200 lbs, then ideally you should choose a weight distribution system's where your tongue weight sits middle-road of the system's capacity. As for a Fastway e2 option, the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution 8,000 lbs GTW, 800 lbs TW - Round Bar # FA94-00-0800 is a good option.
This system has a described tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs - 800 lbs, and your 550 lbs is just slight below halfway on... view full answer...
I did some online research and I think I have a solution. You can add a hitch extender. Your 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 has a maximum gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs. This will make your vehicle's maximum tongue weight 500 lbs. The GearSpace 34 Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitch - Slide Out - 34 cu ft - 300 lbs - Light Gray, part # HGK826, weighs 160 lbs and it has a maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs. If you use a hitch adapter to gain more space, you will reduce the maximum tongue... view full answer...
From the top of the shank (the part that goes into the hitch receiver) to the top of the railing of the 22x59 Rola Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches 59502, it is about 6-3/4 inches high.
If the Rola Cargo Carrier is too high for you to open the doors on your 2021 Sprinter 2500 chassis, there are other cargo carriers that do not the added 2-inch rise of the Rola carrier. For a solution of a carrier that doesn't have rise in the shank and is RV approved, I recommend the 23x59 Stromberg Carlson... view full answer...
The 2,500 lb weight rating for the Hellwig Pro Series Helper Springs # HE47QR is a great option for your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 since motorhomes tend to have a bit more weight to them. These springs are also considered progressive so they will adjust to the amount of weight that's added to your motorhome, and your unloaded ride won't be affected.
Please note these don't add carrying capacity to your vehicle - they will just help your vehicle better handle up to 2,500 lbs. view full answer...
I'll start out by saying that a trailer hitch does not determine your vehicle's tongue weight rating or towing capacity, these are determined by your vehicle and when it comes to adding components to the equation you're always going to be limited to the lowest rated component. If your vehicle has a tongue weight capacity of 600-lbs, but the hitch says 900-lbs- you're still only safe with putting 600-lbs of tongue weight on the vehicle. The best source of information on what your capacities... view full answer...
I went into our warehouse with a digital caliper to take the requested measurements for you. The "24 x 60" you are referring to are the inside dimensions of the Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # 63153.
It measures 60" long x 24" wide on the inside of the carrier and 61-1/2" long x 25-1/2" wide on the outside of the carrier. This has a robust 500 lb weight capacity and it's shank has a 2-1/2" rise which means you get optimal ground clearance. In order to secure it to your hitch you will need the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232.
And if the cargo you are carrying... view full answer...
There is no specific law regarding minimum clearance between the ground and the bottom of a trailer hitch receiver tube or ball mount. This is because there are so many factors that will affect this dimension. The vehicle itself may simply have a low stance, as do some minivans. Passenger load, cargo load, tire size, tire condition and inflation pressure also affect the ground clearance at the hitch tube, as does the condition of the vehicle's suspension. Naturally you want to avoid any... view full answer...
I have a great solution for you. I went ahead and called my contact at NuCamp, and he confirmed that your 2021 NuCamp TAB 320 has a maximum weight capacity of 60 pounds (on top of the Round 58" CrossBars for Yakima Roof Rack # Y00409 where they attach on the camper).
However, the Yakima Roof Rack # Y00409 has not been confirmed to fit your 2021 NuCamp TAB 320. For this reason, I recommend the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack for Pop-Up Campers and Camper Shells # S80510. The Roam LT Roof Rack... view full answer...
Redarc does not offer longer cables between the knob and the module but we've spoken with Redarc before and they have told us that you can use a standard RJ45 network cable to extend as far as needed which you'd be able to easily source locally. The standard bracket is 1 inch wide and and is 1-1/2 inches tall with the knob being right at 3/4 inches. The harness is right at 15/16 inches wide.
The knob itself is 3/4 inches on the back 5/8 inches on the front and 1/2 inch deep. I've attached... view full answer...

The different weight capacity of the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSR-327-40-2 (2600 pounds) and the # SSR-327-47-2 (4600 pounds) describes how much resistance the springs have. The # SSR-327-2 (2600 pounds) will have less spring resistance given to your frame than the # SSR-327-47-2 (4600 pounds). Given the weight of your 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 (around 9,000 pounds), I recommend the # SSR-327-47-2 because it will be more effective at giving the support you need on... view full answer...
When these crossbars are used with the MicroSport # MPG460G and MicroSportXT # MPG460XT trailers they can hold up to 375 lbs. They are 1" high and 1-1/4" wide.

If your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 has a standard bumper without the step, the Draw-Tite # 75549 is going to provide you with the most ground clearance at 15" from the bottom of the receiver tube to the ground. If your Sprinter has the factory step bumper, you can use the Draw-Tite # 75601, which has roughly 14-3/4" from the bottom of the receiver to the ground.

From center to center, the distance between the two side bolt holes on # CT-2003-Z is 2-1/4". On # DL13728 the distance is 3". Both trailer couplers fit a 3" channel tongue, a 1-7/8" ball and are rated at 2,000 lbs.
If you are replacing your coupler, it may also be time to replace your coupler lock. I recommend the etrailer.com Coupler Lock, # e98893, which works with 1-7/8" couplers. view full answer...

Great question, and I think you're on the right track. Even though the Curt Ball Mount # C45100 is rated for 3,500 lbs towing/350 lbs tongue while in the rise position, I like to have some kind of safety margin so that I'm not constantly checking to make sure the ball mount is holding up.
For your application I recommend the MaxxTow Adjustable-Height Ball Mount # MT70068 because the weight ratings are 5,000 lbs towing/500 lbs tongue whether you are using it in the rise or drop position.... view full answer...
