I think I have the answer. I confirmed with Lets Go Aero that the Bikewing 2 B01311 should not be used on a travel trailer. We do not recommend using 1-1/4 inch receivers on travel trailers because a 1-1/4 inch bike rack/hitch combination is not very secure on a travel trailer shank with the added torque experienced at the end of a trailer during travel (especially with added bike weight).

I have a possible solution for you.
First, though, it isn't recommended to use a 1-1/4" hitch for bikes on a travel trailer because they aren't able to handle them.
Instead, your best bet is to upgrade your hitch to a 2" receiver. I recommend the Curt Adjustable Class III, part # C13701. It adjusts between 18" and 51". It fits box frames, C-channel frames, or I-beam frames. I've linked to a video review of it below.

I looked up pictures of the rear door of your 2015 Lance travel trailer toy hauler model 2212 and it appears to use a ramp spring like the part # RS16933LH and # RS16933RH which fits on a shaft diameter of 1-1/2 inch. We definitely have a couple options available to carry your generator, though it will depend on the weight of said generator.
First, the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier # CC-255 will install on the A-Frame at the front of the trailer. This has a 300 pound capacity and being 29 inches tall, it will typically clear any accessory or propane tank.
