There's going to be two main styles of supplemental braking systems; fixed or portable. If you want a system that's going to permanently install in your Wrangler and will be ready to go with no setup after the initial installation then you'd want to go with a fixed system. Both the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO, part # SM99251 and the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System, part # RM-8700 are nice braking systems and will function similarly but I recommend the Duo system. Both systems are a one-time installation.

It sounds like you already have the Timbren Front or Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TJFTJ, installed on the front axle of your 2013 Jeep Wrangler. This installs within the springs you already have.
However, the Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TJRJK, is only for the rear. It also replaces the bump stops alongside the springs on the rear, not within them. This is the one for your rear since you already have the others on the front.

The hitches you listed, part # 9883544, and part # 13432, are both manufactured by Curt and are Class lll hitches with 2 inch receiver openings. There is no difference in the performance or capacities for these hitches. We received special pricing for the # 9883544, and that is why it was listed as a separate item.
