I checked with Roadmaster and for a 2004 International 4300 with the Onspot chains you will need # RM-1179-110. I have included a link to the instructions so you can see the install steps and parts.

Behind the brake pedal there is a switch that has wires ran to it that you'll need to test with a circuit tester part # PTW2993 to test all of the wires until you find the circuit that only has 12 volts when the brake pedal is pressed. view full answer...
The best option we will have is the Bulldog Square Jack - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return # BD182804. This has a 10,000 pound lifting capacity and a 12,000 pound static capacity. As this is the capacity per jack, you can add the Bulldog # BD182805 to the other side of the frame to double the capacities. You will need to fabricate a bar to connect them, but I think this will be the best option we have for your 2004 International 4300.
