Recommended Landing Gear For Stabilizing A 2004 International 4300

Question:

What type on landing gear will you recommend for a 2004 International 4300 24ft 26,000GVW? I want to install one that way the truck is not shaking when forklifts go in and out.

The best option we will have is the Bulldog Square Jack - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return # BD182804. This has a 10,000 pound lifting capacity and a 12,000 pound static capacity. As this is the capacity per jack, you can add the Bulldog # BD182805 to the other side of the frame to double the capacities. You will need to fabricate a bar to connect them, but I think this will be the best option we have for your 2004 International 4300.

Now the most heavy duty option we have will be the Bulldog 2-Speed Tandem Landing Gear Set # BD500153. This is rated up to 45,000 pounds of lifting capacity and 90,000 pounds of static capacity. The reason I didn't say this is the best option is due to the 2 jacks needing to be attached together to work properly. This is not something Bulldog supplies as all frames are different. It also does not have drop legs so you will need to make sure you are on level ground or are using spacer blocks to completely level everything out. So they are very nice and heavy duty, but I don't think they are the best option.
