In order to add a 7 way connector to your 2009 Suzuki Equator, you can simply use the # ETBC7, which will utilize your existing 4 way. You won't need to replace the existing harness, but once you plug it in to the ETBC7 you'll need to run a wire to your battery to supply 12v power and one to your brake controller to complete all of the circuits on the 7 way connector.
