Unfortunately, the Inno Square Crossbars # INB147 does not come with the feet (that have the locking mechanism) that are needed to mount the crossbars to your 2018 Honda Odyssey's roof. The Malone SteelTop Roof Rack # MPG202, on the other hand, comes with all the parts needed to mount onto your vehicle's roof. For the feet for the Inno crossbars, that is part # INFR.

As long as your 2020 Honda Odyssey doesn't fall into the extremely rare category of Odysseys that are missing terminals on fuse locations #10, #11 and #12 inside the fuse box, your best option is to go with the Tekonsha # 118781. Curt offers a similar option with the # C56382, but in our experience, the Tekonsha harnesses, and their converter boxes in particular, seem to do a better job and have proven to outlast the competition.

Curt decided not to design hitch # C13068 to account for those welded on pieces you referenced in order to maximize the size of the side hitch brackets. As to why they chose to go with a 5 bolt design I can't say. The Draw-Tite hitch # 75270 sounds like it is what you would like more since it accounts for those welded on pieces and attaches in 6 places.

The big difference between the two Tekonsha trailer wiring harnesses that fit your 2019 Honda Odyssey is how they draw power to activate the trailer lights. The # 118753 has a wire that runs up to the vehicle battery which is used to power all of the trailer lights directly from the battery. The difference between the Titan Chain Tire Chains # TC1555 and the Titan Chains # TC2319 is only in the application. The # TC1555 chains will fit 15 inch to 20 inch tirese, whereas the # TC2319 will fit 15 inch to 18 inch tires. So the # TC155 chains allow greater adjustability to fit larger tires. You are correct that there are definite advantages of hitch cargo carriers over roof cargo carriers. You will have less drag improving your gas mileage and you won't have to reach up to the roof of your vehicle each time you load or unload.
