For towing a trailer with your 2022 Honda Odyssey Elite recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98855. This is a custom-fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It features a matte black powder coat finish that protects from corrosion and helps to hide dirt and dings better than a glossy finish. This hitch is made in the USA.
Since you will be towing you will also need wiring. The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118781 is the most reliable option. This wiring harness plugs into existing wiring and provides you with a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.
For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, 2 different mounts, and a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
