  • Correct Draw-Tite Hitch Fit for a 2023Honda CR-V Hybrid
  • Great question, Gene! The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76128 won't fit your 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid but you can use the Draw-Tite # DT79MR instead. I actually like the part # DT79MR over the one you referenced anyways because this style has a hidden crosstube so it not only looks better but it also has better clearance. Attached is an installation video and a photo of this hitch installed on a 2022 CR-V for you to check out!

  • Recommended Flat Towing Setup for a 2013 Honda CR-V
  • Hey Patrick, it's a lot of parts but I've got a list ready for you. To start, you are going to need a base plate, specifically the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521567-5. Next, you'll need a tow bar that is compatible with the base plate you have and can handle the weight of your vehicle. I'm a fan of the Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain Tow Bar - Non-Binding # RM-522. This tow bar has a nice 6,000 lb capacity, is pretty fairly priced, and will work great with the base plate...

  • 2 Inch Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2015 Honda CRV
  • For a 2 inch hitch for your 2015 Honda CR-V that would work great with a 4 bike rack you'd want the Draw Tite part # 75742 which is a confirmed fit. Of all the 2 inch hitches we offer for your 2015 Honda CR-V this one has the best capacities and price. My favorite bike rack to recommend is the Thule Swing Away Bike Rack # TH9027XT because it can carry up to 4 bikes and can swing out and away from the rear of the vehicle to give you complete access to the rear cargo area with bikes loaded....

Also as it is custom fit for your 2022 Honda CR-V hybrid AWD you do not have to worry about any fitment issues like a universal kit may have.

  • Recommended Bunk Roller Setup For A 5,000lb Boat
  • Hey Dan, The roller bunks that we offer max out at 3,000lbs per pair so the only way to make this work would be to install a second set of roller bunks to help distribute the weight between both sets of the # DL21741. You'll most likely need to pick up some extra mounting brackets # CE10003G-4 to secure the second set and possibly move the first set to better distribute the weight across all rollers.

  • Does the Draw-Tite Hitch Fit a 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport?
  • Sorry Eric but that is a no. All of the Draw-Tite Hitch's like item # 36597 that fit the 2024 Honda CR-V specifically exclude the hybrid models. I checked with Draw-Tite to confirm this information. Instead, I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C13397 which has been confirmed to fit the Hybrid Sport model of the 2024 CRV. This means there won't be any concerns with your batteries and it will be covered by Curt's warranty since they have approved it. The Curt item # C13397...

  • What etrailer Trailer Hitch Fits 2024 Honda CR-V
  • Hi Logan; sorry to hear about your Crosstrek, and while we do have a hitch for your 2024 Honda CR-V, the e98838 is not a fit. That hitch is only a fit for the Crosstreks, so what you need for your '24 CR-V is the other part number you mentioned: - etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848 The two vehicles have different frame widths and bumper configurations, which is why the hitch for your Crosstrek is not a fit for your CR-V.

  • Recommended Flat Tow Setup For A 2024 Ford Maverick Hybrid
  • Hello Robert. For flat towing your new 2024 Ford maverick Hybrid I recommend the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM97RR. Most of the Maverick base plates will install fairly similarly, and you will be fully removing the front bumper for installation. I like the Roadmaster base plates for a few reasons. The custom fitted brackets make installation straightforward, the twist lock arms are convenient and easy to use, and the base plate has pre-welded attachments for your electrical...

  • 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Trailer Hitch Recommendation
  • Hi Lindsey - I'd be happy to help you with a hitch for your 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport! I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848 because of the matte black finish. This finish not only looks better, but it's also more durable than the glossy finish we see on the other brands of hitches for your vehicle. We've actually installed this exact hitch on a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport so I'm linking that installation video as well as a photo of the finished installation for...

  • Trailer Hitch for 2015 Honda CR-V With Less Than 1" From Receiver Opening to Outer Bumper Edge
  • The distance on the Draw-Tite # 75742 is going to be over 1" so I recommend the Curt # C13119 instead. We measured the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the bumper at approximately 2.25" for the Curt. The distance from the center of the hole to the end of the receiver is 2.472". There does appear to be a little variation between bumper styles but you will be under 1" no matter what with the Curt.

  • Finding The Factory Connector For Trailer Wiring In A 2019 Honda CR-V
  • Hey Dan, It's hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like you're looking in the lower panel instead of the upper panel on the driver's side for the factory connector? The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56370 is a confirmed fit for AWD models so it's unlikely that you wouldn't have a connector unless Honda messed up manufacturing the vehicle. I've attached a video below where Rob will walk you through the process to find the factory connector.

  • Is It Better To Carry Bikes Behind Flat Towed Vehicle or Above Tow Bars?
  • To me it makes the most sense to put a Bike Rack # HLY64FR on the flat towed vehicle rather than above the tow bars. Especially on heavy e-bikes as they are difficult to lift that high onto the rack, but also as it only makes sense to have the rack on your car as you want to leave your motorhome at the campground and take your bikes to different trails in the area. This is much easier with your car when you get where you are going.
