Yes, the Torklift FastGun Turnbuckles # TLS9521 are intended to be used with bed-mounted tie downs, rather than frame-mounted.
We would never recommend using a strap as a camper tie down. At the very least you would need to use a standard steel turnbuckle. The Torklift FastGun Turnbuckles are going to be the most secure and durable that we offer. view full answer...
The only time the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSR-203-40-2 should affect unloaded ride height on a truck like your 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 is if your stock suspension is not working correctly.

The Convert-A-Ball Offset 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5GX1216 secures to you 5th wheel trailer's king pin with 3 bolts that hold it in place flush against the bottom of the pin box. If you refer to the linked photo you'll see these bolts. I would first make sure this coupler is properly secured to the trailer's king pin.
Next I would check that you have the height adjustment at the correct position that keeps the trailer level when it is hitched. The adapter has a height adjustment... view full answer...

The same programmer can be used with different vehicles. Different vehicles are affected differently by the programmer. According to data from Edge, programmer # EP69YR, when used on a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 with 6.6 liter diesel motor it will have the following effects:
POWER LEVEL 1: 40 HP & 85 LB-FT
POWER LEVEL 2: 75 HP & 180 LB-FT
POWER LEVEL 3: 135 HP & 240 LB-FT
I don't know what box you are looking at but regardless for your specific vehicle and this programmer the data from Edge... view full answer...
The Reese M5 Series 5th wheel hitches, like part # RP30921, are designed to fit the Elite Series underbed rails that you mentioned installing on your 2016. Since it sounds like your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 has the OEM pucks you will need to swap out your 5th wheel hitch entirely because the puck dimensions won't match up with this Reese 5th wheel hitch. You would instead need the # RP30890 which will fit the Chevy/GMC puck system.
The Demco Adapter Rails # DM6333 that you referenced will... view full answer...
Some vehicles require a special fitting when installing a supplemental transmission cooler but there is not one specified for the 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 with 6.0 liter motor. However, past models with the same motor did require fitting # D13035. It is possible that GM changed the radiator or something about the radiator after the 2015 model year, that I can't be sure of, but if they did not change anything then it does stand to reason that D13035 would be needed for a 2016 as well. But 2015... view full answer...
Yes, you can use the Progressive Dynamics Pure Sine Wave Inverter part # PD64FR with an external transfer switch. In order to do this you'd just use the inverter output to another switch and not involve the inverters 120 volt input side. This would bypass the internal transfer switch. I confirmed this with my contact at Progressive Dyanmics for you. view full answer...
The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2506 along with a majority of all the other rail kits that we sell require that you space the rails 22" apart from center to center of the rails. There are a few outliers that custom for specific hitches but the 22" spacing is an industry standard. There are different length rails, which is most likely what you were being told about, but these specific ones are pretty standard.

The Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15247 that you referenced will simply tap into the tail light circuits on your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500 so they can be powered in correspondence with the RV while flat towing. The installation of this system does not require the battery to be disconnected, but the owner's manual for your Sierra requires that this be done to flat tow the truck which is why we have it mentioned in our fit guide.
GMC requires this so that the battery doesn't drain... view full answer...

The mounting brackets for the rear legs of the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote # LC675817 are designed for I-Beam frames but I had mentioned before that others will a box frame have had the system welded to the frame in order to make it work. A proper weld will be stronger than the standard hardware that's included with the kit. Installation this way would require a bit of work by a fabricator to ensure proper fitment since the mounting... view full answer...
Each version of the Curt Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC158778 used to have a sticker signifying the correct psi level for ride quality but Lippert found that there's too many factors to consider and that each setup is different so they changed their recommendation to start out at 20 psi and drive around a bit to see if you like how it feels and then keep adding air in 5 psi increments until you reach a comfortable ride quality. view full answer...

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1016 will usually take 2 to 3 hours for an experienced installer and naturally more time for a first-time DIY installation. I have a solution for you, but GM has made it so that only the IntelliHaul Echo Master cameras are wirelessly compatible with their Infotainment systems and we haven't come across any aftermarket wireless observation system for RVs that can be paired with these sytems.
With that being said, there are some bonuses that come along with using a Furrion system like the # FCE48TASL-05 (5" monitor) which has the rear camera and monitor, as well as side marker light cameras. These side view... view full answer...
An electric drum brake's magnet wires are non-polarized so to disconnect a bad brake assembly from the 5th wheel's brake circuit you can cut either one of the wires leading from the magnet. Once you get the brake repaired you can reconnect the wiring using butt connectors # DW05745-5 and dielectric grease # 11755 to block moisture from entering the connectors.
I also linked two articles concerning electric drum brakes that might be helpful to you, as well as our main page that shows all... view full answer...
It is recommended to install the signal booster that is included with the TST TPMS for RV part # TST-507-RV-4-C. This does help when used with longer trailers yes but its main purpose is to improve the quality of the signal even if not being used over a long distance. The signal booster only has two wires so it's easy to install and it only draws milliamps of power so you don't have to worry about it draining the battery. For your 5th wheel, I recommend you install it in the house battery... view full answer...
