From what I can see it's either a low voltage warning, a communication error between the thermostat and controller, or an issue with the freeze sensor. I reached out to my contact at Reese and what you have installed on your 2013 Forest River Salem Travel Trailer is the original Reese Strait Line Weight Distribution Hitch which has been discontinued for quite some time so there are no replacement parts available to get the rest of the system.
