The best option to prevent rear end sag while towing with a 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor would be air bags which also are one of the very few options that won't affect the unloaded ride quality (while deflated). The correct air bags for a 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs part # AL98UV. It's really hard to beat air bags when it comes preventing sag. view full answer...
That's exciting to hear! There's not quite as much feedback on the RAS systems like the # RAS2691 you installed on your 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor but the few people we know who have tried them really like them and reported very similar experiences to what you described. I am going to post this on our site so that it hopefully will help others in a similar situation! view full answer...
I believe you have a 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor which for a base plate kit then you'd want the part # RM-524431-5 which is a confirmed fit and the easiest to use. I attached an install video and install instructions for this for you to check out as well.
Then for lighting the Roadmaster diode kit part # RM-15267 would be a great option that I also attached an install video for on a 2018 Raptor.
For an easy braking solution the Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR installs easily in floorboards of truck. view full answer...
We have everything you'll need to safely flat tow your 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor behind your motorhome. The first thing you'll need is a base plate kit like the Direct Connect Roadmaster part # RM-524431-5.
In addition to the base plates, you will also need a compatible tow bar, safety cables, lighting, and supplemental braking to flat tow your vehicle. The most popular compatible tow bar is the Falcon All Terrain, # RM-522. This has non-binding arms which makes the setup very easy to connect/disconnect.

The Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB that you referenced, which is confirmed to fit your 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor, features a weight capacity of 800 pounds so it is more than capable of supporting the weight of your loaded roof-top tent.
You will just want to make sure that your tent is able to clamp around the crossbars of the TracRac (which are a bit larger than standard roof rack bars). The crossbars measure 4 inches wide and 1-1/2 inches tall. I have attached... view full answer...

The best option for carrying two kayaks with your 2012 Ford Raptor F-150 will be with a roof rack installed and a kayak carrier that can carry two kayaks since you are towing a trailer as well as have a tonneau cover which would make carrying anything in that area very difficult.
A roof rack solution is a very easy way to accomplish what you are looking for. For that the Rhino Rack roof rack part # RR79YR which is an aero bar rack confirmed as a fit for your truck with the Thule Canyon... view full answer...
It truly depends on whether you have a 4-inch body lift or a suspension lift on your 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor. If you have a body lift, the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SS52GR fit and won't be affected by the extra height when installing. These springs will give you more support against squatting/sagging when towing.
If you happen to have a suspension lift, the gap between the frames increases by 4 inches. This extra height is too high for the SumoSprings. A great... view full answer...
I do have an option for you but there isn't a weight distribution system specific to an American Hauler Enclosed Trailer. It looks like the old owner welded some brackets to the frame for a system but I'm not sure which one that was. The best option we could offer would involve you first removing the welded on brackets and then installing the Chain Hangers for Reese Weight Distribution Systems part # RP58305. This would then allow you to attach a system like the Strait-Line Weight Distribution... view full answer...
The best suspension enhancement we offer for your 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor is the RoadActive System part # RAS3611 as it gives you adjustable support like you are wanting to reduce the sag but it also doesn't make the loaded or unloaded ride quality harsh like other options. And also isn't as high maintenance as the air bag kits. view full answer...
The reason the red wire of the Brake Lite Relay # RM-88400 runs to your fuse box is so that it can connect to a circuit that only sees power when the vehicle is on. This allows the relay to have power only when the vehicle is on. Obviously the circuit you are using now is not the correct once since the vehicle won't shift gears. Look for a different fuse circuit that would have power when the vehicle is on that would be less involved with the vehicle running like the "radio" fuse.

Air Lift makes an air bag suspension enhancement kit that fits your 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor that has internal jounce bumpers with the part # AL38UV but we do not have a replacement air bag kit for the Firestone part number you mentioned that has them. Firestone does not have any internal jounce bumpers that they put in their air bag kits. view full answer...

It sounds like you are wanting to install a ladder rack onto your 2019 Ford Raptor that has a tri-fold tonneau cover installed on it already. This may be possible, but your tonneau cover must mount inside the bed rails, not on top of the bed rails. If the tonneau cover mounts on top of the bed rails then it will interfere with the way a ladder rack installs onto the bed rails.
The Rapid Switch Systems Pro Sport Truck Bed Ladder Rack # RS67FR that you were looking at will not work since... view full answer...
The rear suspension enhancement I recommend for your 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor is the SumoSprings Solo kit part # SS52GR. This easy to install and maintenance-free kit will give you the support you need for the rear suspension to eliminate the sag but unlike other similar kits (Timbren) it won't make the ride quality really harsh when unloaded. Also it doesn't require running air lines or maintaining air pressure like air bag kits do. view full answer...

The absolute best Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 kit for your 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor is the Stainless Steel Ultimate Plus Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL38UV. The stainless steel hardware and braided hoses mean they are more resistant to the elements than standard parts and then the internal bumpers ensure the air bags don't get pinched when you don't have much air in them (be sure not to go under 5 psi for this very reason).
I always recommend at least checking out an air compressor kit... view full answer...
For a complete flat towing setup for your 2012 Ford F-150 Raptor you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. I recommend the following:
Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - # RM-524431-5
Nighthawk All Terrain Tow Bar w/ LED Lights - # RM-676
Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit - # HM56000
Brake-Lite Relay Kit - # RM-88400

The tonneau cover that I recommend for your 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor is the PowertraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover part # RTT-90373. The PowertraxPRO XR has two really great features that allow it to stand out from the competition, a power retracting cover that can be set and locked at different points along the bed rails and integrated tracks so you can haul items without sacrificing bed space.
The PowertraxPRO XR is constructed of several aluminium top panels for extreme durability but there... view full answer...
Most block lift kits just lift the body of the truck and not the suspension as well. This is known as a body lift. Suspension lifts are when the distance from the frame and truck axle increase. If you have a body lift the Timbren kit part # TFR1504R fits without any modification. If you added 1 inch to the distance between the truck frame and axle you'd need the part # TA25723-90AD00 for each side and you'd be set. view full answer...
